He is the Most Mighty, the Most High!

The Tongue of Grandeur proclaimeth and saith: O God of the world and Lord of eternity! I beseech Thee by the fire wherewith the hearts of Thy chosen ones were set ablaze in Thy days, and by the light whereby the faces of Thy creation were illumined, and by the Name which Thou hast made the balance of Thy Cause and the path of Thy sovereignty amongst Thy creatures, that Thou mayest open, through the key of Thy craftsmanship, unto every atom a door leading to Thy presence and a way unto the ocean of Thy reunion.

Verily, Thou art the All-Powerful Whom neither the clamor of Thy servants nor the conditions of Thine enemies can frustrate. Thou takest and Thou givest, and Thou art indeed the Taker, the Mighty, the Most High, the All-Glorious.

He is the Most Holy, the Most Great

Glorified art Thou, O God of Names and Creator of all things! I beseech Thee by the Fire whereby Thou didst guide Moses and didst make it to cry out in Thy Name and to speak forth Thy command, to ordain for Thy handmaidens that which will draw them nigh unto the ocean of Thy reunion. Then ordain for them what Thou lovest and art pleased with. Verily, Thou art the One Who hath power over whatsoever Thou willest. All things bear witness to Thy sovereignty and might, Thy grandeur and authority. I beseech Thee not to disappoint him who hath turned toward Thee, nor to drive away him who hath hastened to the heaven of Thy grace, nor to withhold from him who hath sought the Kawthar of life from the hand of Thy bounty. Verily, Thou art the All-Powerful, the Forgiver, the Kind.

In My Name that prevaileth over all names

It behoveth every community that hath responded to My call, that hath turned unto Mine horizon, and directed its face toward the Qiblih of My loving-kindness, to beseech God at eventide and at dawn, and to say:

“O Lord of the lovers! I beseech Thee by Thy Name wherewith Thou hast taken the covenant of Thine own Self from all Thy servants in Thy Books, Thy Scrolls, and Thy Tablets, to make me, in all conditions, wholly immersed in the ocean of Thy love, uttering Thy praise, and turned toward the Qiblih of Thy bestowals. Verily Thou art the All-Powerful, the Most Exalted, the Forgiving, the Bountiful.”

BH10267: Glorified be He Who hath sent down the verses…

He is the Most High, the All-Compelling, the All-Knowing, the All-Wise!

Glorified be He Who hath sent down the verses and manifested the clear proofs, whilst the people were in grievous error. We have, through a sovereignty from Us and a power from Our presence, rent asunder the veils, and verily We are the Almighty, the All-Knowing, the All-Wise. We have guided the people to the Most Great Path—among them are those who have turned towards it and those who have turned away. Blessed, then blessed are they who have turned towards it, who have cast the world behind their backs and have directed their hearts unto God, the Lord of all worlds. Be thou thankful that thou hast been mentioned by the Most Exalted Pen, and that this shining Countenance hath turned unto thee.

In the Name of the All-Seeing, the All-Hearing!

Praise be to God that thou hast quaffed from the hand of divine bounty the wine of mystic knowledge and hast been illumined by the lights of the Sun of Revelation. May thou remain steadfast, forever and ever, in His love and be vocal in His remembrance. The Supreme Pen hath ordained for thee that which will gladden thy heart. Be thankful unto thy Lord for this great favor. We have heard thy call and have answered thee through Our grace. He, verily, is the All-Bountiful, the Most Generous. Make mention of thy Lord. Verily, He will assist thee and be with thee in the worlds of thy Lord. He, verily, is the True Informer, the All-Wise.

He is the Most Holy, the Most Glorious

O my God and the God of all created things, my Beloved and the Beloved of all who dwell on earth and in heaven! I beseech Thee by the oneness which Thou hast made the garment of Thy Self, and by the eternity which Thou hast made the ornament of Thy temple, that Thou mayest, through Thy Name the All-Giving, take up a chalice of the water of life and, through Thy Name the All-Bountiful, pass it round among all contingent beings. Verily Thou art He Who hath named Thyself the All-Merciful. This Name of Thine requireth the manifestations of Thy favors upon Thy creation and the evidences of Thy bounties unto Thy creatures. O Lord! Deal with them according to Thy generosity and grace. Verily, Thou art the Almighty, the Most Exalted, the Most High, the Most Great.

BH10643: Thy letter hath been received before the Throne…

In the Name of the one true God!

Thy letter hath been received before the Throne and thou hast attained unto the sweet-scented breezes of the garment of reunion. Thy call hath been heard, and this abasement which thou hast confessed is in truth the essence of glory. God willing, thou shalt drink continuously from the choice wine of divine grace and bestow it upon the servants.

I testify that thou hast believed in God and drunk of the sealed nectar, which is My love, the cherished and hidden. Hold thou fast unto it and be of them that are steadfast, firm-rooted, unwavering, and triumphant, for the clamorous ones stand behind My servants who have turned unto God, the Lord of all worlds.

In the Name of the Peerless, One God

Today both the light and the fire are manifest, and both the call of the All-Merciful and of Satan are raised. How lofty is the station of the one who hath fixed his gaze upon the Most Glorious Horizon and hath detached himself from all else but God. He is assuredly among the sincere ones in the perspicuous Book. Praise be to God that the glance of divine favor hath turned to thy letter and hath mentioned thee in this Most Glorious Remembrance. Know thou this and be not of the heedless ones.

BH10560: The ocean of meanings hath, in most times, out…

He is the All-Knowing, the All-Informed.

The ocean of meanings hath, in most times, out of pure bounty and grace, sprinkled its drops upon that honored one, and Tablets sublime and wondrous have been specifically revealed. And this is a bounty that shall abide with you throughout all worlds.

Counsel the servants there, on My behalf, to show forth the greatest steadfastness in this Cause whereby the hearts of the people of insight have been sorely troubled.

And the glory be upon thee and upon whosoever hath remembered God with the tongue of His loved ones and seekers. Verily, He is the Hearer, the Answerer.

In the Name of the Beloved of the World!

O handmaiden of God! Your call was heard and your letter attained unto the presence of the Throne. Be thankful unto your Lord for this manifest bounty. Today it is incumbent upon all to act according to the divine ordinances and to remain oriented toward the Most Exalted Horizon. The most exalted station belongeth to the one who heareth the divine call with the ear of the soul. Such a one, in life and in death, circleth round about. This is the most great bounty and the supreme favor. Blessed is he who hath attained thereunto and is of those who are certain.

In the Name of the one true God!

Thy petition hath been received at the Most Holy Court, and its opening is adorned with the crown of the remembrance of the Lord of Names. God willing, thou shalt in all conditions be occupied with the remembrance and praise of God.

And concerning thy question about the dream—none hath the right to test God. We shall interpret it for thee as a bounty from Us, and shall reveal unto thee what We showed thee. Be thou assured and be of those who render thanks.

BH10852: Thou hast remembered thy Lord time after time…

He is the One, the Single

Thou hast remembered thy Lord time after time, and hast been mentioned by the Supreme Pen again and again. Act according to what We have enjoined upon thee in the Book, then safeguard the Cause of thy Lord. Verily this will profit thee in this world and the next. By My life! Through it God will grant thee from His bounty what thou hast desired, and will ordain for thee the good of this world and the next. He, verily, is the True Speaker, the All-Seeing.

BH10782: O handmaiden of God! The Sun of divine favors…

He is the Most Holy, the Most Great

O handmaiden of God! The Sun of divine favors has shone upon you and the effulgences of the lights of the Eternal have appeared in your heart. For had you not been blessed with the lights of the Sun of Truth, you would not have been successful in recognition. Now strive that the pearl of His love remain preserved in the treasure of the heart. And none attains to this station except through following that which has appeared from the Dayspring of the Cause. The glory be upon you and upon your son.

O Husayn! Thy call hath been heard, and the Face of the Wronged One hath turned toward thee from the Most Great Prison. This is of the supreme bounty of the Lord of the worlds. Act thou according to what hath been sent down in My Most Holy Book. By My life! It shall profit thee. Verily thy Lord is the All-Knowing, the All-Informed.

O handmaiden of God! Your call was heard and you have attained the Most Great Bounty which is the recognition of the Lord of Eternity. Now strive to act according to His ordinances which have been sent down from the Holy Pen in the Most Holy Book. By the life of God! Verily it is the Perspicuous Book.
